Schedule Optimization Strategist

What You Will Do Support UHPS operational functions related to provider access & utilization. Continuously evaluates template design and functionality to identify opportunities for improvement. Serves as a subject matter expert for UHPS on resource management and assists on planning, implementation, and outcomes monitoring of best practices across system. Analyze key indicator data, benchmarking and related measures and recommend plans of action Provide direction on initiatives related to the four pillars: access, physician recruiting, quality & patient experience and financial performance. Directly participate in system and entity level projects focused on building volume, maximizing efficiency, and capacity management. Complete current state schedule analysis and identify best practices, standardize processes make recommendations for improvement Partners with IT to ensure optimal design and utilization of both practice and patient facing applications Works collaboratively with Patient Access Services to enhance timely access to consumers Evaluation of template request changes to ensure operational requirements and standards are utilized. Engages as a scheduling design subject matter expert in all current and future digital applications Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
