Store Manager

Diamonds Direct is looking for an energetic, motivating, self‑starting, experienced Jewelry Store Manager. Responsibilities Leadership: Represent Diamonds Direct at designated functions and marketing opportunities. Stay abreast of current industry trends and educate employees to promote optimal performance. Management: Create and manage employee schedules. Train and develop sales professionals. Collaborate with GM & VP to set monthly and annual store goals. Role model appropriate sales techniques. Ensure inventory control and best practices. Customer Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers. Demonstrate exemplary customer service and coach employees to do the same. Be visible on the sales floor to resolve issues and requests in a timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university; or a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in the jewelry industry required. Jewelry store management experience preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
