Senior Data Product Manager

We're partnering with a rapidly growing organization seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise data products and emerging AI-enabled solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering, analytics, and technology teams to transform data into a strategic asset and drive high-value outcomes across the organization. What You'll Do Own and drive the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of data products. Champion a \"Data as a Product\" mindset across the business. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define priorities. Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions. Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and automation. Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Present roadmap updates and business cases to leadership teams. What We're Looking For 5+ years of Product Management experience Experience working with Data Platforms, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering teams Experience building and managing product roadmaps Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills Experience working within Agile environments Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Data-Driven Product initiatives is highly desirable Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience within Real Estate, Property Technology (PropTech), Financial Services, or similar industries Experience delivering AI or automation-focused initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
