Accounts Receivable SupervisorRequired Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 8+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable and Collections experience. 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred. Strong understanding of credit management, collections, cash forecasting, and bad debt reserves. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis. Experience with ERP systems and AR management tools. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or semiconductor environments.Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Accounts Receivable department. This individual will oversee collections, billing, cash application, customer credit management, reporting, and team performance while ensuring strong cash flow and minimizing bad debt exposure. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong analytical skills and experience managing AR processes in a growing business environment.
