Associated Bank conducts a thorough background check on all new hires.***Role Summary The Health Benefits Business Development Officer drives growth by building new employer relationships focused on HSA and health benefit solutions. This role uses a consultative sales approach to connect with prospects, partners, and clients to deliver meaningful solutions. You’ll play a key role in expanding market share and strengthening client relationships.**Key Accountabilities*** Drive new business growth by developing employer relationships for HSA and health benefit solutions* Build and manage partnerships with brokers, centers of influence, and internal banking teams* Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling the full suite of health and banking services* Lead and coordinate RFP responses to win new business opportunities* Represent the bank at community and industry events to build brand presence and generate leads* Maintain subject matter expertise in HSA, TPA, and COBRA offerings* Ensure all client relationships align with risk, compliance, and company policies**Education & Experience****Required:*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience* 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience* 3+ years of demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management* Ability to obtain required internal certifications within 6 months* Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed**Preferred:*** 3+ years of experience in insurance, HSA, or TPA industries### ### **Why You’ll Love Working Here**You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, growth, and making a real impact for clients and communities.
