Planning Manager – Helsinki, Finland Location: Helsinki, Finland | Salary: Competitive We’re seeking a Planning Manager to join a leading data centre delivery partner. Reporting to the Regional Planning Manager, this role develops, maintains, and reviews project schedules and controls procedures to ensure timely, successful project delivery. Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management. Liaise with stakeholders to track project progress, identify risks, and support proactive problem-solving. Manage project schedule resources across all phases: pre-construction, construction, commissioning. Create and maintain reporting tools to monitor achievement of goals and milestones. Conduct performance reviews and variance reporting, recommending corrective actions. Represent the Planning function in client and subcontractor meetings. Coordinate with teams to ensure planning practices align with company standards. Skills & Experience: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline 6+ years’ construction experience, ideally in main contracting or data centre projects Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, planning processes, and methodologies Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject; BIM experience desirable Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Commercial awareness and understanding of contractual/project management principles #J-18808-Ljbffr Trades Workforce Solutions
