The successful candidate will play a crucial role in improving patients' health and quality of life through comprehensive clinical care, patient education, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat endocrine conditions, including diabetes, hypothyroidism, and metabolic disorders.
- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations, order necessary diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and tailor therapeutic regimens to patient needs, promoting health maintenance and disease management.
- Educate and counsel patients on their conditions and self-management strategies.
- Document all clinical encounters accurately within the Electronic Medical Record, including exam and progress notes.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, high-quality care while adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
- Support educational initiatives and meet quality benchmarks established by relevant healthcare agencies.
- Build and maintain a robust patient base to ensure practice sustainability and revenue generation.
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
- NYS Licensure.
- Postgraduate clinical experience in an outpatient, ambulatory setting.
- Competitive outpatient practice schedule, Monday to Friday
