Nurse Practitioner – Infusion Services | Suffolk County, NY

A growing Infusion Company is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide infusion services across multiple locations throughout Suffolk County.

This is a great opportunity for an NP with infusion experience who enjoys providing hands-on patient care in a specialized clinical setting, with flexible scheduling and a competitive salary.

Location: Suffolk County, NY – floating between multiple sites

Salary: $155,000–$165,000 + benefits

️ Schedule: Flexible scheduling; 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients before and during infusion treatments.
• Perform clinical assessments and determine patient readiness for treatment.
• Identify contraindications, adverse reactions, and changes in patient condition.
• Monitor patient safety and provide education throughout the infusion process.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other members of the clinical team.

Requirements:

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license; FNP certification required.
• Previous infusion therapy/IV experience required.
• Strong medical assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple Suffolk County locations.

Important Location Details: This role requires travel to Southampton, Riverhead, and Holbrook. Additional locations are anticipated to include Patchogue, Babylon, and Smithtown.
