Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with pain-related conditions, utilizing standardized assessment tools to accurately determine levels and sources of pain.
• Order and interpret necessary imaging studies, as well as prescribe appropriate treatments, including non-narcotic medications and physical therapy interventions.
• Schedule and assist in the coordination of interventional procedures, ensuring that patients are well-informed and comfortable throughout the process.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient charts, documentation, and care plans, reflecting current findings and treatment options, while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary medical team to develop personalized care plans, actively participating in discussions regarding complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse population of patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a closely related field is required.
• Active State licensure as a Physician Assistant, ensuring compliance with New York State regulations.

• Proven proficiency in conducting comprehensive physical examinations and making informed diagnoses.

Compensation and Benefits

Community Care Physicians offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 per year.
