Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical care consistent with established national and community standards, focusing on internal medicine practices.
• Collaborate with office staff on the development and execution of efficient care practices and workflows that enhance patient experience and outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between practice management and hospital administration, ensuring smooth operations and communication across departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols by staying current with healthcare policies and best practices.

• Maintain meticulous and timely patient care documentation to support clinical decision-making, regulatory requirements, and billing processes, ensuring records are completed within two business days.

• Lead educational initiatives for both staff and patients to enhance awareness and management of health conditions relevant to internal medicine.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner will work with a diverse patient population, spanning various age groups and health conditions. Qualifications

• Able to achieve privileges required by F. F. Thompson Health to practice effectively.
• Familiarity with coding systems such as ICD10 is preferred, aiding in accurate patient record documentation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
