Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients to establish baseline assessments and identify individual rehabilitation needs.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to create and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making adaptations to treatment strategies based on objective outcomes and patient feedback.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, home exercise regimens, and strategies for preventing re-injury and promoting long-term health.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and staying informed about new practices in orthopedic physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with individuals of all ages, adapting your treatment methodologies to address their specific needs and goals. Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in physical therapy, with an emphasis on orthopedics.
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and families.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.
