Schedule: Monday Friday

Shift: Various shifts available. Specifics will be discussed during interview

Hourly Wage: $17.75 / hr.

DRTC is seeking a reliable and motivated Custodian Professional team members to support the daily cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of our client buildings and grounds. This safetysensitive role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for staff, visitors, and program participants. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while following established procedures.

This position(s) is specifically set-aside to employ a person with a disability.

Documentation of a disability is required. A written report/letter signed by a licensed physician, psychiatrist, or qualified psychologist must be provided on letterhead with the address. The report/letter must provide the nature and extent of the persons disability, be dated and signed by the professional, and include his/her credentials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily janitorial duties according to cleaning schedules or as needed
• Sweep, mop, and maintain tile floors
• Vacuum and spotclean carpets
• Restock supplies in assigned restrooms and kitchens
• Maintain janitorial equipment and supply inventory
  
• Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures
  
• Assist with emergency maintenance, including snow/ice clearing
• Attend required staff meetings, inservices, and training sessions
• Understand and support DRTCs mission and philosophy
• Follow all agency policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
  
• Use agency tools and equipment safely and consistently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Custodial experience preferred
• Valid Oklahoma Drivers License Real ID compliant
• Stable work history
• Ability to make quick, logical decisions
• Must pass OSBI, MVR, DHS Registry, and other required background checks

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand up for 8 hours
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. vertically and 25 lbs. horizontally
• Must be able to carry loads up to 100 feet
  
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, and walking
• Adequate mobility, vision, hearing, and dexterity for job duties
