Danaher (Masimo) seeks an Implementation Project Manager to manage 15+ concurrent clinical implementation projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction in hospital environments, with remote work eligibility.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of 15+ concurrent implementation projects aligned with priorities and budgets
Define project scope, develop comprehensive plans, and coordinate resources to achieve deliverables
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide direction to internal and external teams
Monitor project progress, risks, and scope changes; deliver weekly status reports and solutions
Drive continuous process improvement and strengthen team proficiency in project management methodologies

Requirements

Experience working in hospital or hospital-type environments
Strong independent work ethic, leadership skills, and ability to manage difficult customer situations
Excellent diplomacy and negotiation capabilities
Ability to communicate across hospital administration and cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel overnight at least 50% monthly
Current credentials, immunizations, and hospital vendor credentialing compliance

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base annual salary; 10% target bonus of annual base
