Functional QA Engineer (Apple/Beats)

Location: Culver City/Los Angeles, CA

Duration : 1+ year (potential for conversion)

Our client, a leader in consumer electronics, is looking for a "Functional QA Engineer" to be based out of Culver City/Los Angeles, CA (Onsite position).

We are seeking a Functional QA Engineer to ensure exceptional quality across Apple-Beats headphones and speakers. You will work with QA and development teams to plan and execute tests, identify and resolve issues, and improve functionality throughout the Audio products lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

Test Planning and Execution : Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure high-quality performance across systems
Systems Improvement : Investigate potential architectural improvements for enhanced system reliability and performance
Issue Analysis and Debugging : Conduct thorough analysis, debugging, and issue resolution in collaboration with development teams
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with QA and development teams to drive comprehensive testing efforts for continuous improvement.

EDUCATION & SKILLS:

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years in systems quality testing
Familiarity with wireless standards, including Bluetooth Classic/LE, WiFi, or sensor technologies .
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, troubleshooting , debugging, and QA tools.
Proficient in UNIX-based systems and command-line tools for debugging , analysis, and automation
