Substitute Teachers Needed – Odessa & Midland, TX
Teachers Now is hiring reliable and caring Substitute Teachers to support K–9 schools in the Odessa and Midland, TX areas!

Position DetailsLocations: Odessa & Midland, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexible assignments
Hours: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $100–$120 per day
Paid substitute teacher training
Fingerprinting reimbursement
Opportunities for long-term and consistent assignments
Gain valuable K–12 classroom experience
Make a positive impact on students and schools
High School Diploma required
Previous experience working with children or students is a plus
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Dependable, professional, and flexible
Ability to adapt to different classroom environments
