AWS Cloud ETL Engineer - Cleared

Salary: $86,000 - 126,000 per year Requirements:

• Active security clearance
• Experience in data engineering or ETL development
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Glue, S3, Lambda, EMR, and IAM
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Knowledge of data security, encryption, and IAM best practices

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, and EMR
• Build and manage data workflows using AWS Step Functions or comparable tools
• Transform data with Python, PySpark, or SQL
• Design and optimize data storage using Amazon S3, Redshift, RDS, or DynamoDB
• Support data quality, integrity, and governance with validation, monitoring, and logging
• Improve the performance and cost-efficiency of AWS data workloads
• Partner with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using AWS CDK for Python
• Document data architecture and promote security best practices
• Investigate and resolve production data issues
