Bilingual Staffing Coordinator

Job Description

The Bilingual Staffing Coordinator supports light industrial and warehouse staffing operations by coordinating candidates, schedules, onboarding activities, and ongoing client account needs. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role provides professional support in English and Spanish while maintaining clear communication and compliance throughout the staffing process.

Responsibilities

Coordinate staff scheduling for light industrial and warehouse assignments.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Provide ongoing client account support and communication.
Track compliance requirements and staffing documentation.
Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to candidates, workers, and clients.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

One or more years of experience in staffing coordination.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience with candidate screening and interview coordination.
Professional bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
Customer service experience.
