Head of Business Development - North America (AI Data Center Inferencing Solutions)

Our client, an exciting and fast-growing European venture is seeking an experienced new business development professional as part of its continued success and growth. Having recently launched their first commercial product, the company is partnering some of world’s major Hyperscalers, Frontier Labs and Neoclouds to deliver leading-edge AI acceleration solutions. This newly created role will involve building strategic relationships with key executives and technology decision makers across the AI and accelerator ecosystem, leading the regional go-to-market initiatives and driving the adoption of a technology platform capable of reshaping the AI compute stack. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will possess the following experience: 10+ years’ experience in semiconductors, data center systems, or HPC, including at least 5 years in business development or strategic account management. Deep understanding of the AI compute landscape, including hyperscalers, cloud providers, and AI model developers. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (CPU, GPU, networking) markets with demonstrated knowledge of these technologies. Strong existing network within the North America AI and data center ecosystems. Strong technical and business fundamentals with a passion for solving problems through the introduction of disruptive new technologies. Proven track record of all the commercial stages from market definition, proposition development, go-to-market planning and deal closure. Ideally, have first-hand experience of working in a start-up environment delivering cutting-edge technical solutions into nascent and evolving markets. Ability to think critically and act strategically, drive business growth by identifying opportunities, key decision makers, priorities, and synergies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
