What You’ll Do

• Provide anesthesiology coverage for cardiac cases, including CABG procedures
• Support both inpatient hospital and ambulatory surgery center cases
• Assist with daily anesthesia needs in a physician-led, team-oriented environment
• Manage flexible shifts, including days and call coverage
• Collaborate closely with CRNA group and anesthesia assistants
• Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality anesthesia care in accordance with established protocols
• Participate in orientation and continuous education activities

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid Minnesota medical license or eligibility
  • Board Certification or equivalent in anesthesiology
  • Experience with cardiac anesthesia, including CABG procedures
• Preferred:
  • Ability to work flexible hours and on short notice
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
