What You'll Do

• Perform general labor duties on commercial construction projects

• Assist with structural concrete repair, restoration, waterproofing, and masonry-related work

• Work on commercial buildings, parking structures, bus garages, and other large-scale projects

• Use hand and power tools to complete daily tasks

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round

• Wear fall protection and safety equipment when required

• Learn specialized structural repair techniques from experienced crews

What We're Looking For

• 1-2+ years of commercial construction experience required

• Experience with masonry, concrete, waterproofing, restoration, or general commercial construction preferred

• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Comfortable working outdoors 100% of the time

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for long periods

• Not afraid of heights is a plus (some projects may involve swing-stage work at heights of 400+ feet)

• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

• No specific certifications required

Schedule

• Monday-Friday

• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Occasional overtime available

• Most projects located throughout the Denver Metro area

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
