What You'll Be Doing (The Vibe)

• Drive the Hustle: Educate dog parents on the importance of routine care to smash membership goals and key performance indicators (like average ticket price, retail sales, and rebook ratios).
• Be the Ultimate Host: Roll out the red carpet for our human and canine guests. You'll handle check-ins, scheduling, and profile management with total tech-savvy ease.
• Own the Front: Manage the reception vibe, keep the lobby sparkling clean, and solve problems like a pro to keep our members (both dog and human) happy and loyal.

Who You Are

• A Natural Closer: You have previous sales experience and genuine confidence. (If you've done membership sales before, you're already at the top of our list!)
• A People (and Pup) Person: You have a background in retail or restaurants and know how to deliver world-class customer service. You can connect equally well with humans and dogs.
• Tech-Fluent & Detailed: You're comfortable navigating computer systems, managing schedules efficiently, and keeping details tight.
• Driven & Accountable: You're independent, motivated by goals, and want to climb the ladder into leadership.
• The Basics: You have reliable transportation and are happy working in a clean, smoke-free environment.
