Remote Bilingual Collections Specialist

Description $17/hour + Monthly Commission | Full-Time | Monday–Friday Make an impact—while working from home. What You’ll Do: Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Accurately document interactions in our systems Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way) Requirements Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Bilingual Required (Fluent in English and Spanish)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style
