Grounds Coordinator

JOB SUMMARYReporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Grounds Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and landscaping of outdoor areas and buildings and for the safety of the campus grounds. This position is subject to call backs during emergency conditions such as severe weather, evacuation and post-disaster. The Grounds Coordinator respectfully interacts with all residents, family members, visitors, colleagues and staff.
