Sales AdministratorLocation: Mifflinburg, PAAbout Ritz-CraftRitz-Craft is the largest family-owned modular home manufacturer in the United States, building high-quality homes in a controlled manufacturing environment.Position SummaryThe Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the Sales Department by processing orders, maintaining sales records, supporting builders and customers, and assisting with sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Sales AdministrationProcess orders, specifications, and change requests.Prepare and maintain sales documentation.Assist with order reviews and issue resolution.Customer & Builder SupportRespond to customer and builder inquiries.Support sales representatives and builder relationships.Provide information on home plans, features, and options.Records & DocumentationMaintain accurate builder and sales records.Process service requests and credit requests.Scan, organize, and distribute documents.Sales & Marketing SupportPrepare sales materials and builder packets.Support trade shows and marketing initiatives.Maintain literature and promotional inventory.Administrative SupportOrder department supplies and coordinate equipment service.Create and edit business documents using Microsoft Office.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Administrative, customer service, or sales support experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.Physical RequirementsAbility to walk throughout the production facility and office areas on a regular basis.Ability to climb stairs multiple times throughout the workday.Ability to stand for extended periods during facility visits, meetings, trade shows, or events.Ability to lift and carry boxes, literature, office supplies, and marketing materials weighing up to 25 pounds.Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and move materials as needed.Ability to operate standard office equipment and work at a computer for extended periods.BenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with 4% Company MatchLife InsuranceIncentive ProgramsRitz-Craft is committed to fostering a positive workplace where employees can learn, grow, and contribute to our continued success.
