Portfolio Manager

Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr A client in the Atlanta area is looking for a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) SME/Consultant to advise on best practices and provide excellent customer service and support to users with questions of SPM. This is not a coding role, instead, this role creates dashboards in SPM, analyzes trends, advises on SPM’s capabilities, and serves as the overall Subject Matter Expert with the tool. It also includes governance over processes or direction on how to manage the portfolio. Day to Day Manage the SPM process and governance support queue in SPM to ensure timely and accurate resolution of support requests. Effectively create and manage SPM roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving technological innovation. Ensure that the ePMO SharePoint site is maintained with relevant information that includes but is not limited to FAQs, operational playbook content, and knowledge articles. Must Have Expert knowledge in SPM dashboard and roadmap configuration and management. Self-starter mentality on proactive management of support requests in ServiceNow. Soft skills that naturally put customers at ease balanced with decisiveness to bring support requests to appropriate closure or hand-off to a break/fix queue as needed.
