Key Job Details – Rochester, NH Nursing Opportunity Job Title: Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) – Locum Tenens Location: Rochester, New Hampshire 03867 Healthcare Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (19 beds) Assignment Type: Locum Tenens / Travel Nursing Contract Start Date: August 11, 2025 End Date: November 10, 2025 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Hours per Week: 36 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Dress Code: Plain color scrubs Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1860 - $1910 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – New Hampshire or compact state BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of experience in rehabilitation nursing or medical-surgical (med-surg) nursing IV therapy experience required Preferred: Experience with wound care, stroke, or traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred Ability to float to CCU, Med Surg, and ER as needed Strong communication, flexibility, and compassionate patient care skills RN Responsibilities – Inpatient Rehab Nursing Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and manage IVs Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Operate clinical equipment including mechanical lifts, Sara Steady, Baxter pumps, and Kangaroo pumps Document patient care and progress using Meditech EMR Provide wound care and support for patients recovering from stroke or TBI (if experienced) Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and healthcare staff Float to other hospital units (CCU, Med Surg, ER) as needed Apply now to join our healthcare team in Rochester, NH and take the next step in your nursing career with this rewarding locum tenens RN job!
