Project Engineer- Early Career

Early Career Project Engineer – Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full‑time Early Career Project Engineer to join our Hardware Project Engineering team. You will work on the most advanced aircraft in the world, focusing on project management and execution, risk management and mitigation, proposal support, supplier management, cross‑functional collaboration, and technical problem solving. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related STEM discipline or equivalent experience/combined education. Ability to perform detail‑oriented work accurately. Experience working with a variety of engineering disciplines. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance and access to a special facility. Desired Skills Knowledgeable in project management methodologies, coordination, and cross‑functional communication. Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and executive leadership. Effective analytical and problem‑solving skills. Security Clearance Clearance level required: Secret . Position requires a government security clearance; applicant must be a US Citizen. Schedule and Location Work Schedule: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Work Schedules: Supports a variety of alternate work schedules providing additional flexibility. Standard schedule is 40 hours over a five‑day work week. Location: Must work onsite full‑time at a Lockheed Martin facility that requires special access. Relocation Availability: Yes. Qualifications Experience Level: 4 years and up college.
