FMCG Accounts Clerk/Executive - Maltese Speaking On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is looking for a detail‑oriented and results‑driven Accounts Executive to support day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Daily bank and cash reconciliations Issuing invoices, debtor follow‑ups, and reconciliations Posting invoices, processing creditor payments, and reconciliations Weekly management accounts preparation Intercompany reconciliations VAT calculations and reconciliations Posting and reconciling prepayments and accruals Maintaining fixed asset registers Assisting with audit tasks Requirements Strong understanding of accounting principles ACCA qualified or in final stages (or equivalent) Ability to work independently and follow internal policies Comfortable working in a multi‑company environment Organized, self‑motivated, and confident in decision‑making Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and business acumen #J-18808-Ljbffr Manpower Malta
