Responsibilities

• Train - Deliver high-octane, personalized workouts that leave members feeling like champions. You'll demonstrate exercises, provide hands-on coaching, and motivate members to push past their limits. All with the kind of energy that's contagious.
• Sell - Every first session is free, and your job is to make it so incredible that they can't wait to join 9Round Nation. You'll convert curious first-timers into committed members through genuine connection and enthusiasm.
• Clean - A spotless gym is a successful gym. You'll help maintain an environment that members are proud to work out in, following our cleaning protocols to keep everything pristine.
• Own the space — do what it takes to keep this gym running at its best. 

You're Perfect for This If You:

• Have a magnetic personality and love connecting with people
• Can motivate and inspire others to be their best
• Are sales-savvy or eager to develop those skills
• Bring professionalism and excellent communication to everything you do
• Live a healthy, active lifestyle (and want to help others do the same)
• Have customer service or sales experience (bonus points for marketing know-how!)
