Fulfillment Operations Specialist
Locations: Auburn, Kent, Renton, SeaTac & Tukwila, WA
Hire Type: Full-Time
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd
Compensation: $20–$24/hr DOE
Schedule: Consistent Monday–Friday
A day in the lifeStep onto the floor, check your pick list, and get moving. You’ll unload inbound freight, scan items into inventory, pull orders with accuracy, and make sure every carton is packed tight and labeled right. By the time the outbound trucks roll, you’ve wrapped pallets and staged them for efficient loading—leaving aisles clear and the workspace safe.
Role snapshot- Receiving & Unloading: Verify manifests, inspect shipments, and process product into the system.
- Picking & Packing: Use RF scanners or pick-lists to select items and pack securely for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Support cycle counts and replenishment so system quantities match the shelf.
- Shipping & Loading: Wrap pallets, label correctly, and load trucks efficiently.
- Facility Upkeep: Keep aisles clear of shrink wrap, pallets, and cardboard to maintain a safe environment.
- Experience: Prior warehouse/distribution experience preferred; we will train motivated candidates.
- Physical Readiness: Walk/stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Technology: Comfortable with RF scanners and familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) .
- Safety: Knows pallet jack basics; Forklift Certification is a strong plus and may boost pay.
