Leasing Consultant - Drive Occupancy & Retention

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 342-unit community in San Jose. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure a smooth move-in process. This role requires 1–2 years of sales/customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong organization.
