- Lead, coach, and inspire front- and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a flawless guest experience
- Maintain high menu and beverage standards, including fine wine and premium spirits selection
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Cultivate a culture of professionalism, pride, and superior hospitality throughout the restaurant
