Oncology TR Scientist Intern
Johnson & Johnson
Johnson & Johnson seeks oncology translational research interns for a 12-week summer program (May-August 2027) in Spring House, Pennsylvania. Interns will conduct R&D supporting novel therapeutics and biomarker strategies, working with experienced mentors on drug development and precision medicine projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments or conduct computational analyses on omics data
- Collect, record, and interpret research data with hypothesis-driven approaches
- Participate in team meetings, clinical study support, and biomarker strategy development
- Prepare and present research findings as poster or abstract at symposium
- Conduct literature reviews and support target validation using multi-omics datasets
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled or recently completed degree
- Strong understanding of disease biology and drug development principles
- Experience with experimental design, data analysis, or computational methods
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
