Quantity Surveyor

Support the Site Construction Team, Home Office Engineering team, Site Engineering Team, and Field Personnel Provide weekly construction progress measurements utilizing cloud-based progress management software Maintain tracking system reflecting current project budgets and accommodate for scope changes Maintain project drawing set showing up-to-date revisions and progress mark-ups Assist project management staff with work package development as needed Interface with project control staff for updating client and internal project reports, and schedule progress Ensure IFC Quantities are developed and reported to Project Controls Develop extensive knowledge of project scope, assist in maintaining control of budget and any deviations Work with estimating team to develop labor estimates and load into project tracking system Provide periodic audits of site construction progress Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Construction Management Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Excel Exposure to or basic understanding of multi-discipline construction concepts preferred Familiarity with construction progress measurement and reporting methods is a plus Interest in learning about site work, concrete installation techniques, structural steel installation, piping systems, electrical systems, and process control systems Understanding of construction industry practices, processes, and standards or willingness to learn Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Professional, ethical, and motivated to grow within the company Core Competencies Demonstrates strong project management capabilities with a focus on construction progress measurement, budget control, and effective communication within multi-disciplinary teams.
