• Defense Manufacturing & MRO Focus on manufacturing, maintenance, and quality assurance
• Programs & Engineering Management of programs and digital product development
• Secure Supply Chain & Export Control Building secure and compliant supply chains
• Defense Contracting & Lead-to-Cash Automated contract processes and compliance management
• Finance, Product/Program Costing & Audit Compliance Transparency and control in financial processes
• Cybersecurity, Identity Access Management & Sovereign Cloud Protection of sensitive data and secure cloud solutions

We look forward to

• Several years of experience in the successful implementation of complex SAP programs, ideally in the aerospace and defense environment (e.g., engineering, MRO, security-critical processes)
• Proven leadership skills in the management of SAP transformations, projects, and teams, in the management of stakeholders and responsibility for end-to-end delivery
• Sovereign work in regulated and security-relevant environments from export control to compliance
• Willingness to work in new defense technologies, sovereign cloud environments, and modern SAP architectures
• Travel readiness within Germany for customer appointments, workshops, and steering boards
• Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field
• Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
