What You'll Own Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Oversee consolidations across domestic and international entities, including intercompany activity Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial strategy Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and accounting processes while supporting scalability Provide financial insights that help business leaders make informed decisions Support the company's growing global presence, including multi‑currency accounting and foreign exchange considerations Develop, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing accounting team Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred Experience leading large‑scale accounting operations, including international entities and complex intercompany consolidations Deep understanding of GAAP and experience supporting international reporting requirements Exposure to multi‑currency environments, including foreign exchange translation, revaluation, and FX considerations Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP systems experience Proven ability to simplify complexity, build alignment, and influence at all levels of an organization Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for process optimization and operational excellence Why This Role?
