Little Ripper is growing our Back of House team, and we’re hiring for multiple positions:

Prep Cooks | Line Cooks | Dishwasher / Prep Support
AM + PM shifts available

We’re looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoy being part of a team.

We care a lot about the culture we’ve built at Little Ripper. We want people who show up for each other, take pride in their work, communicate well, and want to keep learning and growing.

3–4 shifts per week available , with opportunities to expand your skills and take on more responsibility over time.

Experience is great, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn matter just as much.

Para nosotros es muy importante la cultura que hemos creado en Little Ripper. Buscamos personas que apoyen a sus compañeros, se sientan orgullosas de su trabajo, se comuniquen bien y quieran seguir aprendiendo y creciendo.

Tenemos 3–4 turnos por semana disponibles , con oportunidades para desarrollar nuevas habilidades y asumir más responsabilidades con el tiempo.

La experiencia es importante, pero para nosotros la buena actitud, la responsabilidad y las ganas de aprender cuentan muchísimo.
