Are you a Controls Technician who enjoys troubleshooting automated equipment and solving PLC, robotics, and electrical control issues on the manufacturing floor?
Our client, a global manufacturing leader, is seeking experienced Controls Technicians to provide hands-on controls and automation support for production equipment. This position is focused on diagnosing problems, restoring equipment, supporting operations, and improving the reliability of automated manufacturing systems.

PLC Troubleshooting | Robotics | Automation | Electrical Controls | Vision Systems | Servo Drives
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, robotics, vision systems, servo drives, and automated equipment .
Diagnose electrical and control system issues affecting production equipment.
Communicate with industrial control systems to identify equipment and programming issues.
Assist with controls programming and system verification.
Provide technical support to operations, setup teams, and engineering.
Support preventative maintenance activities on automated equipment and control systems.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts focused on equipment performance and reliability.
Maintain controls and equipment documentation.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of manufacturing controls or automation experience.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting PLCs and industrial control systems .
Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment.
Ability to diagnose and communicate with industrial control systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to support 2nd or 3rd shift operations.
Relevant Experience
Candidates with experience as a Controls Technician, Automation Technician, PLC Technician, Robotics Technician, Electrical Maintenance Technician, or Industrial Maintenance Technician are encouraged to apply.
