School Psychologist – Columbus, OH
Location: Columbus, Ohio

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist to support a district in Columbus, Ohio for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite position working with students in grades 7–12 and supporting a diverse student population through evaluations, consultation, and intervention services.

Position Overview

• Schedule: Full-time
• Assignment Length: Full school year
• Grade Levels: 7th–12th Grade
• Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and complete assessment reports
Support a large 504 student population through evaluation, consultation, and compliance processes
Collaborate closely with the school social worker and multidisciplinary teams
Assist with evaluating and supporting students transitioning from homeschooling into the district
Participate in eligibility, IEP, and 504 meetings
Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians throughout the evaluation and support process
Requirements

• Active Ohio School Psychologist license/certification
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong assessment, report writing, and consultation skills
• Excellent communication skills, particularly when working with parents and families
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
