We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax CPA or Tax Manager for a full-time on-site role in Baton Rouge, LA . In this position, you will oversee and manage tax preparation processes, handle complex tax matters, and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations.

• Manage and review tax preparation for individuals and businesses

• Handle complex tax matters and provide strategic tax planning

• Prepare and analyze financial statements

• Conduct tax research and ensure regulatory compliance

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client engagements

• Mentor and guide junior team members

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality

• Certified Public Accountant ( CPA ) or actively pursuing CPA (required)

• Mandatory experience in public accounting with a focus on tax work

• Strong expertise in tax preparation and compliance

• Solid knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles

• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage teams

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and client management abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( Master's preferred )

• This is a fully on-site role

• Must have hands-on public accounting experience in tax

• Must be a CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification
