We are seeking a dedicated Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Village Quarter Apartments in Terre Haute, Indiana. Job Responsibilities Assist with work orders and apartment turns; responsibilities are shared with the head technician on site. Oversee maintenance staff and coordinate schedules. Help manage administrative tasks related to maintenance operations. Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift. On‑call week every five weeks. Full‑time, year‑round schedule with overtime potential. Qualifications 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, or general construction. Previous management or leadership experience in a maintenance setting. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Physical ability to perform basic job duties; physical demonstration required during interview. Benefits $27.00–$30.00 per hour. Up to $4,000 per year in quarterly bonuses. On‑call bonus structure, up to $1,000 annually. 401(k) plan with up to $4,000 annual match. Medical insurance under $50 per month via Blue Cross for employees.
