What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose and complete service requests independently (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
Perform HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Repair appliances, fixtures, locks, and lighting systems
Handle drywall, painting, and general unit turns
Maintain curb appeal and assist with property-wide maintenance projects

What We Require (No Exceptions)

EPA Certification REQUIRED
Proven apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
