Senior Alumni Relations Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Senior Alumni Relations Coordinator to build and expand strategic engagement opportunities that strengthen connections with their alumni network. In this role, you will plan and execute high-profile events including presidential receptions, tailgates, dinners, and out-of-town tours while overseeing database management, tracking engagement metrics, and supporting annual giving campaigns. You will also collaborate with campus departments like admissions, career services, and academic units, as well as manage messaging across newsletters and social media platforms. The standard schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though the position requires the willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as necessary. If you hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent education/experience), possess strong event planning and organizational skills, and have experience with volunteer management or donor stewardship, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate alumni contact records and deliver regular engagement metrics reports to leadership.

• Plan, organize, and execute local and out-of-town events, including presidential receptions, tailgates, and networking activities.

• Collaborate on alumni communications including newsletters, social media, and invitations while supporting annual giving campaigns and donor stewardship.

• Partner across departments like admissions, career services, and academic units to expand engagement opportunities.

• Serve as the primary office point of contact while managing sensitive donor information with strict confidentiality.
