House Cleaning Supervisor (Merry Maids)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced House Cleaning Supervisor to join our locally owned and operated Merry Maids team in Provo. If you take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning results, love leading a team, and are ready to start early each day, we want to hear from you!

As a supervisor, you will lead our professional cleaning teams, ensure top-quality service in every home, and help maintain our reputation as one of the best cleaning companies in Utah County.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrive to the office by 7 AM to help get team ready for the day

- Lead and supervise cleaning teams on residential jobs

- Perform quality checks and ensure every home meets Merry Maids’ high standards

- Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques and customer service

- Communicate effectively with customers and office staff

- Handle light administrative tasks (job notes, supply needs, etc.)

- Step in and clean as needed to meet scheduling demands

Requirements

- Previous professional house cleaning experience is required (residential preferred)

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

- Must be able to start work by 7:00 AM most days

- Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness

- Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude

- Ability to pass background check (we hire only the best)
