IBC's focus is to be customer centric and strive to provide excellent customer experience.**Time Type:**Full time**This is an in-office position.********Department:******700 Operations Administration******Job Summary:******Responsible for various accounts payable and operational duties such as, invoice review and prep, credit card statement reconciliations, and report generation.******Job Description:********ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS***The statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents. They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.** Review invoices, communicate with vendors to obtain W-9s, prep invoices for payment* Reconcile credit card statements, fuel cards, Home Depot, process for payment* Distribute Bi-Monthly Wire Transfer Memos, obtain Officer Review/Approval submit timely* Process monthly restitution payments* Assist with vendor acquisition and sending jobs out to bid* Perform other duties as assigned**SKILLS*** Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written* Strong organizational and follow up* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as, Word, Excel, and Outlook**EDUCATION*** High School diploma or GED equivalent### About UsIBC Bank was founded in 1966 to meet the needs of small businesses in Laredo, Texas.
