Senior Civil/Structural Engineer & Project ManagerClayton Services is searching for a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer & Project Manager to join a growing engineering and consulting organization. The Senior Civil/Structural Engineer & Project Manager will lead the design and execution of infrastructure and structural projects, manage project teams, oversee technical deliverables, and serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Pay Rate: $115,000 - $160,0000 plus discretionary bonus opportunity Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) w/ match, PTO, and more.Senior Civil/Structural Engineer & Project Manager Responsibilities:Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil and structural engineering projects from concept through completionPerform and review structural analysis and design for concrete, steel, timber, and foundation systemsDevelop project scopes, technical specifications, schedules, budgets, and cost estimatesManage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achievedProvide leadership and mentorship to engineering and drafting teamsReview engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, and construction documents for accuracy and complianceCoordinate design activities with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholdersConduct site visits, field investigations, inspections, and condition assessments as requiredSupport rehabilitation, modification, and improvement projects for existing facilities and structuresResolve technical challenges through engineering analysis and practical problem-solvingParticipate in project proposals, contract negotiations, budgeting, and client development activitiesPrepare quantity takeoffs and support project cost evaluationsEnsure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practicesSenior Civil/Structural Engineer & Project Manager Skills and Abilities:Strong technical knowledge of structural design principles and engineering practicesProven project management and team leadership experienceExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlinesExperience working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and engineering software toolsSenior Civil/Structural Engineer & Project Manager Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; advanced degree preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredMinimum of 6 years of civil and structural engineering experienceExperience managing engineering projects and leading technical teamsExperience with site development, structural systems, foundations, drainage, transportation, industrial, municipal, or infrastructure projects preferredAbility to satisfy requirements for government, industrial, or regulated projects as neededTWIC card or the ability to obtain one preferredWillingness to travel up to 20% as required by project needs
