Job Description As a Spa Concierge, you are the first and last impression for each guest who enters the spa, making you a critical team member in delivering service that exceeds expectations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest’s experience is memorable and enjoyable from start to finish. Primary Responsibilities Being a steward of the Woodhouse brand. Serving as primary support for the spa’s manager, therapists, and guests. Ensuring that every guest has a friendly, inviting, and memorable experience. Answering incoming calls and listening to our guests’ needs to schedule appointments, provide service recommendations, and collect payment for services. Partnering with therapists to increase guest retention by scheduling the guest’s next appointment during checkout and promoting recommended products. Educating guests on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them have a seamless experience. Driving service and retail sales by educating guests on products and services and assisting the concierge team in reaching monthly retail sales goals. Remembering the small details that make Woodhouse Spa special – guests’ favorite and/or personal information such as birthdays and anniversaries. Working weekends and some holidays as required. Compliance with all company policies and procedures. Ensuring regular and consistent attendance to perform essential functions of this position. Working well with other team members, managers, and guests. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain professionalism. Ability to pivot and navigate through change management. Comfortable interacting with guests in a spa setting. Leadership experience in a similar role, front‑office operations, or retail sales experience preferred. Comfort level with driving company sales goals and initiatives, with a proven track record for retail sales. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, verbal). Computer proficiency. Previous customer service and telephone reservations experience. Position Details Classification: Part Time Hours: 25 hours per week max Saturday or Sundays required Physical Demands Ability to stand and bend over for extended periods.
