Window Sales Manager

Tampa Bay, FL Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses Window Sales & Leadership Experience Required Reese Roofing & Construction is expanding into windows, and we’re looking for a driven, experienced Window Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our window sales operation. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to sell windows at a high level and coach others to do the same. You will be responsible for driving revenue, developing sales reps, implementing systems, and ensuring homeowners receive an honest, high-quality sales experience. The Window Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of the window sales department, including personal production, team performance, training, and process improvement. This is a hands‑on leadership role with clear growth opportunities as the division scales. Sell residential window projects (in‑home consultations) Recruit, train, and coach window sales representatives Set and manage sales quotas, KPIs, and accountability Lead weekly sales meetings and 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions Review proposals, pricing, and margins for accuracy Oversee CRM usage, pipeline management, and follow‑ups Work closely with operations to ensure smooth installs Maintain high ethical standards and customer satisfaction Help build and refine scripts, presentations, and sales systems Compensation & Incentives Competitive base salary Commission on personal sales Override / bonus on team production Performance bonuses for hitting team goals Uncapped earning potential (Exact compensation structure based on experience and track record.) ️ Training & Support Structured onboarding and systems training CRM, estimating, and financing tools provided Leadership support from ownership Opportunity to help design the window sales playbook ⭐ Why Reese Roofing & Construction?
