Looking for Paralegal/Legal Assistants for our busy office in Orange, Ca. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Responsibilities Coordinate with Attorneys to assist with filings and immigration trial preparation Prepare packages for immigration court filing or appeals Assist attorneys with obtaining documents from clients Prepare packages for U Visas, VAWA Battered Spouse, I-130 and I-485 including waivers Prepare for H1b, E-2, L1A and PERM processing Competitive pay depending on experience, including medical, dental and vision insurance options after the probation period ends. Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Schedule 8-hour shift Requirements 2 years of immigration paralegal experience (required) Spanish language proficiency (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
