Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in improving Finance operations, reporting, and analytical workflows across multiple entities. This hands-on role focuses on analyzing financial and operational data, strengthening reporting, resolving exceptions, and supporting process and system improvements. Key Responsibilities Analyze Finance workflows across billing, cash application, AR, collections, and payment processes. Support month-end close through accurate schedules, reconciliations, and variance explanations. Build and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and recurring reports. Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis and present clear recommendations. Improve processes, workpapers, templates, and reporting packages; support system enhancements and testing. Partner across Finance and other teams to resolve data and process gaps and support internal controls. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, FP&A, analytics, or financial services. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to analyze large data sets, validate results, and identify root causes. Strong communication, organization, and business-partnership skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
